Attention Customer: Notarial Acts are subject to the laws of the State of Arizona

Acknowledgement or Jurat: "no charge" up to $10 per notary public signature

Copy Certification: "no charge" up to $ 10 per page certified

Oath or Affirmation: "no charge" up to $10 per notarial act
-
Mileage: .56 a mile in accordance with the IRS mileage rate for State Employees

Attention Customer: Fees charged by an Arizona Notary may vary from "no charge" up to as stated above and the customer shall be informed of the fee charged when an agreed upon day and time is set for the appointment of a notarial act.
Hours of Operation for Notarial Acts:
During Regular Business Hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - By Appointment Only

Note: Document signer must be present and personally appear, maintain the proper evidence of identity, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-311, prior to and at the time of the document signing and notarization, and in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence of a credible signer and/or failure to abide by the laws set forth to meet the standards in A.R.S. § 41-311 a notarial refusal will occur.

An Arizona Notary Public May Charge the Following Fees:
